Refunds

We can process refunds only for vouchers directly purchased from real people real portraits. Refunds requests must be received via post or email within 30 days of purchase. As a percentage of the purchase price is donated to The Smith Family, the amount available for refund after 30 days drops to $25 + any additional credit purchased. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within two weeks of your request. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via email of your refund once it has been received and processed.

If the refund does not appear in your account within two weeks from the day you sent us your request, please e-mail us for further assistance.

How will my refund be issued?

If you paid by credit card your refund will go to your credit card within 14 days of your request.

How are refunds calculated?

You will be refunded in full for the session voucher price plus any additional credit that was purchased.

How are refunds for gifts processed?

Refunds can only be paid directly to the purchaser and not by the recipient of the voucher in the case of a gift voucher.
